Walkers, runners, and joggers should consider including water aerobics in their training regimen to decrease wear and tear on their joints. A variety of water equipment is used to add fun and energy to the class. It is understood that while a lifeguard is present, the student participates at their own risk.
A signed Liability Waiver is REQUIRED for participation.
*NO CLASS MEETING THANKSGIVING WEEK, NOV 19 - 23* 18 years old is the minimum age to take this class. A lifeguard is provided during class, however students need to be aware that they enter the water at their own risk.
