Free yourself from the distractions of daily life and open your mind to understanding and listening to your body as you explore the effects of slow but powerful Gentle Yoga. This retreat can be a perfect way to start or re-ignite your personal practice, as well as inspire you to take your Yoga "off the mat" and into your daily life. Return home feeling grounded, your soul nourished and your spirit uplifted.
Each day will feature morning and evening classes, group discussions or dharma talks, hiking, exploring, or simply relaxing. Eight meals are included beginning with dinner on Thursday and ending with breakfast on Sunday. The resort also has a meditation labyrinth and hot tub for our use at any time. There are spa services available for an additional fee. Rates are all-inclusive (excluding spa services) and cover 3 nights in your choice of the main inn or cabin, deliciously prepared foods, allowing for dietary needs, and morning and evening yoga.
