Get ready for a fantastic weekend connecting with other vegans and aspiring vegans, participating in fun and informative workshops and enjoying centering yoga and meditation. Total cost is $394/pp double occupancy, or $560 single occupancy which includes five delicious vegan meals, yoga, activities and the use of the outdoor Jacuzzi. Spa services can be purchased for an additional charge. Winery visit has a small fee if you choose to attend.

Friday:
3pm – check-in and explore the grounds
6pm – Sunset meditation – set intention
7pm – Welcome dinner
9pm – Jacuzzi wind-down
 
Saturday:
8am – Morning yoga with Melissa Jones
9am – Breakfast
11am – Juicing Demo w/Sharon Johnson of www.RawAndAwesome.com
12:30pm – Lunch
2pm – Optional activity (waterfalls hiking, wine tasting, spa service) or free time
5pm – Essential Oils and Natural Skincare Workshop with Yolanda Owens from www.iwifresh.com
7:30pm – Dinner
9pm – Restorative yoga
 
Sunday:
8am – Labyrinth walk and reexamination of intention
9am – Breakfast
10am – Vegan Life – bringing it full circle – Workshop and Goodbyes with Dr. Ruby Thomas from www.theplantbasedpediatrician.com
11am – head home with your goodie bag including signed novels from author, Trish Ahjel, or schedule optional spa appointments
